1. What service do you offer?

2. What to do with a defective heat tool?

You can send us defective heat tools any time. We have specialized in repairing, servicing and testing heat tools for over 30 years.

3. How does a repair, maintenance or safety exams work?

You send us the heat tool by parcel service. We will inspect the device and send you a free and non-binding cost estimate. After approval, we will return the repaired, serviced or tested device to you. Important: please always name a contact person including an e-mail address.

4. How long do repairs, maintenance, safety exams take?

After receiving the device, we will send you our cost estimate within 2-3 working days at the latest. After approval, the device is immediately repaired, serviced and tested. As a rule, you have to plan about a week without your heat tool. Note: we also offer an express service on request.

5. Are maintenance and UVV safety exams recommended?

Despite the general durability of our devices, we follow the DGUV regulations and recommend regular maintenance and UVV testing for several important reasons:

1. Longevity, efficiency and safety in use are ensured by regular maintenance / tests
2. Non-obvious defects are detected and fixed in time
3. Compliance with the accident prevention regulations according to DGUV regulation 79: Relevant for expert opinions and insurance claims. Without a compliant UVV test, insurance companies will not cover any costs in the event of damage
