gas hose set

The set consists of a gas hose 8 m long, a pressure reducer 1.5 bar with integrated hose rupture protection as well as a swivel coupling – optionally for type 998 or type 975.

Swivel arm for gas hose / gas bottle cart (Art. No. 1300030)

The flexible gas hose swivel arm makes it easier to go around the pallet when shrinking and protects the gas hose from damage. The swivel arm is mounted directly to the gas bottle cart with a bracket. It gets its mobility due to a strong spring in the middle. Due to the length of the swivel arm of 225 cm, the gas hose is fed from above when shrinking a pallet.

Hose reel

The hose reel makes working with a long gas hose convenient. It is equipped with a bracket for wall or ceiling mounting and has a spring balancer with lock to facilitate unwinding or rewinding the gas hose.

Please note: The hose reel is supplied without gas hoses. A connecting hose from the gas cylinder to the reel is also required. We will gladly equip you with the required hoses!

Article no. 1330080 – suitable for a gas hose length up to 10 m

Article no. 1335080 – suitable for a gas hose length up to 15 m

Arm support for SHRINKFAST type 998 (Art. No. 1400005)

This support is attached to the device with simple handles and serves to relieve the pressure when shrinking with the extension. Recommended for extension from 122 cm.

Spacer / UL Guard for SHRINKFAST type 998
(Art. No. 1000441)

This is screwed onto the combustor. When used with the extension, the spacer/guard prevents the hot air jet from being guided too close to the packaged goods.

Hook round for swivel arm
(Art. No. 1300031)

The hook can be attached to the strong spring of the swivel arm. Thus, the gas hose and the hand shrinker can be suspended at a convenient working height.

Hook for gas cylinder cart
(Art. No. 1300032)

This hook is attached to the gas bottle and is used to store the gas hose.
